YKG and Associates has also been assisting foreign organizations in handling cases in India and outside India.

ABOUT MANAGING PARTNER

CA Yashwant Kumar Gupta who qualified CA in 2004. CA Yashwant Kumar Gupta having extensive and diversified experience of more than 15 years and had worked with world's renowned industries such as Bajaj Hindusthan Limited as Manager Internal Audit and with Polyplex Group as a Manager- Corporate Planning in India and Manager-Finance in Turkey.

During his employment in Bajaj Hindusthan Limited for two years, CA Yashwant Kumar Gupta has received exceptional reward due to his non-comparable performance in the field of Internal Audit.

During his employment in Polyplex Corporation Limited for four years, in addition to handling routine accounting work CA Yashwant Kumar Gupta got a chance to work closely for Anti-dumping and Anti-subsidy cases from various countries across the globe. And thus, Polyplex was the company which provided great opportunities to CA Yashwant Kumar Gupta to grow his knowledge in the field of Anti-dumping and Anti-subsidy cases.

CA Yashwant Kumar Gupta has started his own practice in the beginning of Jan 2010 in the name of YKG and Associates and from thereon YKG and Associates with its dedicated and experienced team handled more than 70 Anti-Dumping and Anti-Subsidy Investigations/Review from USA, Brazil, Indonesia, Korea, Turkey, Europe etc., for various companies in various sectors located in India and outside India. CA Yashwant Kumar Gupta also provides services in the field of Audit & Assurance, Accounting & MIS, Income Tax, GST and Company Law matters.
