Brief Introduction
Mr. Kapil Gupta who has over three decades of industrial experience in India and Europe across diverse business areas - Packaging, Chemical, Petro-Chemicals, Agro-products, Animal Husbandry, Management Consulting. With an in-depth entrepreneurial drive and vision, Mr. Kapil Gupta has a vast experience in identifying new opportunities for diversification, establishing manufacturing businesses, overseeing specialty products & business development and bringing about a turnaround in struggling businesses. Mr. Gupta headed business at various locations namely, India, Turkey & Europe Thailand and additionally he remained advisor on anti-dumping and anti-subsidy investigation proceedings.  
Achievements
Mr. Kapil Gupta Completed his Chemical Engineering from BITS, Pilani Rajasthan. He also Completed his PGDM/MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. After Completion of his Professional Qualifications, he started working as a Consultant in A. F. Ferguson Co, one of leading Consultancy firm. He also started his Own Manufacturing Company in Karnataka. After having practical experience in diversified field, he joined Polyplex group the  world’s fifth largest Company in thin Polyester, where he was deputed as Business Head in Polyplex Europa located in Turkey. After Years of working Experience in Turkey he deputed back to India as Sr. VP- Business  Head in Polyplex India. And Mr. Kapil Gupta’s contributions towards growth of Polyplex Group is remarkable.

CA Yashwant Kumar Gupta having over 15 years  of extensive and diversified experience who worked with world’s renowned industries such as Bajaj Hindusthan Limited as Manager Internal Audit and with Polyplex Group (as a Manager- Corporate Planning in India and Manager-Finance in Turkey) who independently handled for almost 5 years many Anti-Dumping and Anti-Subsidy Investigations/Reviews for Polyplex Group which includes quarterly monitoring of Anti-Dumping to ensure minimum duty rate for any investigation in future, complete preparation of responses to all questionnaire and supplementary questionnaire on Anti-Dumping and Anti-Subsidy Investigations/Reviews from any countries across the globe, preparation for on-site verification, presentation, explanation and submission of information during on-site verification before Government Officials from US, Brazil, Europe, Turkey etc.,

CA Himanshi Aggarwal having experience of 6 years, has joined YKG and Associates in Apr’2015 as a CA trainee and since then she is committed towards YKG and Associates and has given outstanding & commendable performance in every role given to her. She was engaged in multiple Anti-dumping investigations/reviews of many companies from India and Abroad. She has also assisted in many projects requiring data preparation and analysis in Anti-dumping cases. She has independently handled many assignments in other area i.e. Tax Audits, Statutory Audits, GST Audit & Return Filling of the companies including Private and Public both including Finalization of Accounts, Preparation of Notes to Accounts, Presentation and Disclosure requirements etc

CA Ramesh Kumar Singh qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He has 10 years of Experience in the Chartered Accountant Field. He is truly blessed with Knowledge of Accounting and Final Reporting which led to his Specialization in Accounting/MIS. His Expertise includes finalization of Accounts Notes to Accounts and Disclosure and presentation requirements as per the applicable GAAP’S under Various Countries. He has dealt with Various kind of Assignments during his Journey as a Chartered Accountant. He has Professional Expertise in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, Stock Audit etc. He also handled Bank Audit Assignments and worked successfully in completion of various kind of Merger and Demerger Projects.

CA Sameer Ahmed qualified as a Chartered Accountant having 5 years of Experience in the Chartered Accountant Field. After Completion of his Professional Studies i.e., Chartered Accountancy he joined Bhargava and Associates (a Chartered Accountants Firm) as a Partner and worked there in different fields Internal Audit, GST Audit, Tax Audit, Statutory Audit which includes finalization of Accounts, Notes to Accounts and Disclosure and presentation requirements. On merger of Bhargava and Associates with YKG and Associates, Sameer is working under YKG as partner.

Aman has joined YKG and Associates in Apr’2013 and since then he is connected with YKG & Associates and has performed outstanding, which offered a great opportunity for him to continue with YKG and Associates. During his employment period, Aman has independently handled Statutory Audit, Stock Audit of multiple clients. He has also assisted in multiple Anti-dumping investigations/reviews of many companies from India and Abroad. Aman has also handled assignment of CCF audit (i.e. Consignee Carrying & Forwarding) of one of our client. Other areas assisted by Aman includes – Consolidation of Jasper Infotech Private Limited, Government Audit, Income tax cases, Reconciliations (GST, TDS etc.), Income Tax return filling, GST filling.
